Affiliate program terms

1. The program

Approved affiliates receive a personal tracking link. Orders placed through that link are attributed to the affiliate for 30 days from the first click (first-touch attribution). If a customer arrives through more than one affiliate’s link, the first link within that window is credited.

2. Commission

Your commission rate and its basis are agreed with you individually and confirmed in writing at approval. Commission is calculated on one of two bases, whichever your agreement specifies:

• Net margin — a share of what CPR retains on the order: the product price less the cost of goods, the provider consultation fee, shipping, and payment processing fees.
• Product subtotal — a share of the product price alone.

2a. What is excluded

Shipping, provider consultation fees and taxes are never part of the commission base. On a net-margin agreement, an order that produces no margin after those costs earns no commission.

3. Volume tiers

Where your agreement includes volume tiers, the rate is determined by the number of your attributed orders in the calendar month in which each order ships. Tiers apply going forward only — reaching a higher tier does not retroactively re-rate orders already earned earlier that month.

4. When commission is earned

Commission is earned when an order ships, not when payment is taken. Orders cancelled at prescriber review, refunded or charged back earn no commission. Where an order is reversed after commission has been credited, that amount is deducted from your next statement.

5. Payment

Commission is paid monthly, net-30: amounts earned in a calendar month are reconciled after that month closes and paid by the end of the following month. Payment is made by direct deposit (ACH) or mailed check, as you choose during payment setup. There is no minimum payout threshold.

If reversals in a period exceed what you earned in it, the negative balance carries forward and nets against later earnings. We will not invoice you to recover it.

6. Tax

You are an independent contractor, not an employee, agent or partner of CPR, and you are responsible for your own taxes. US affiliates must provide a completed Form W-9 before payment can be made; we issue a Form 1099-NEC where required. Payment may be withheld until valid tax information is on file.

7. Conduct

No medical claims beyond our published product information; no paid search on our brand terms; no coupon-scraping, self-referral, or purchases through your own link. Health products carry regulatory obligations — you must not represent any product as a treatment, cure or prevention for any condition, or imply an outcome we have not published. You must disclose your affiliate relationship wherever required by law, including the FTC’s endorsement guidelines. Violations end this agreement and forfeit unpaid commission.

8. Term

Either side may end participation at any time, for any reason. Commission earned and not forfeited through the end date is still paid on the normal schedule. We may suspend payment while investigating suspected fraudulent or manipulated orders.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Changes take effect for orders shipped after we notify you, and never re-rate commission already earned.
